COVID 19 POLICY

All of us at Box Burger would like to thank our customers and friends for the support over the past few months.

We are delighted to be finally reopening our doors and we look forward to welcoming you all back for an enjoyable, comfortable and most importantly safe dining experience.

In order to assure the comfort, health, and peace of mind of all our customers, we have implemented the following detailed safety measures:

  • PPE: All of our team members (apart from chefs per advice from the HSE) will be wearing personal protective equipment and have undergone training in how to put on and remove PPE safely.

  • Protective Screens: We have installed protective screens in key customer engagement areas including our reception desk to protect customers and staff.

  • Hand Sanitiser and Antibacterial Soap: Facilities to wash your hands with antibacterial soap or disinfect your hands with hand sanitiser are available in key stations and outside restrooms. Antibacterial gels will also be available on all tables.

  • Increased Frequency of Cleaning: Door handles, table tops, handrails and trolleys are cleaned several times a day to ensure your safety.

  • Social Distancing: We have re-structured our table layouts which are now following the 1 metre distancing guidelines.

  • Time Limits: Per country guidelines, a maximum of 105 minutes will be allocated per table sitting, with an additional 15 mins for cleaning.

  • Queuing: Any area where guests or employees queue will be clearly marked for appropriate recommended physical distancing.

  • Walk-ins: Bookings are encouraged however we will take walk - in reservations if we have the space to do safely. There will always be a host at the front door to manage this process.

  • Restrooms: Clear signage will indicate the location of and route to the bathrooms. A strict queuing system and limitations on number of users must will be enforced to ensure physical distancing.

  • Contact Tracing : Businesses do not have to keep records of every person in a party, they will be required to have the name and contact details of one person in each party e.g. the person who books the table.That person should be advised to keep a record of who is in their party in case it is required for contact tracing in the future. Details must be securely retained for one month.

  • Digital Payments: We are encouraging cashless / contactless payments.

  • Menus: We will be using disposable menus to prevent cross contamination.
